Per Metre Berth Rates Introduced, A New Berth for Abell Point Marina

As part of the reinvigorated new vision for Abell Point Marina, per metre berth rates have now been introduced to allow for a more flexible and accommodating pricing structure for private marina customers.

This announcement is great news for all future visitors to the marina who can expect a reduction in berthing rates, with no further increases expected within the next 12 months.  We have developed this new rate structure in line with the most important part of our new vision – You!

In the past Abell Point Marina’s berthing rates were based on standard berth sizes in the marina, which meant that some customers were paying for a berth size larger than their vessel.

Based on your feedback and the marina’s commitment to provide a high standard of customer service to all our customers, the new pricing structure has been introduced to provide value for money to all visitors.

This change has allowed us to reduce the daily berthing cost, especially for vessels that were in between standard berthing sizes.

With the myriad of marina developments currently occurring at Abell Point Marina including upgrade of customer facilities and amenities, extension of licensed venues and cafes, development of public spaces and the start of a major dredging project, this new initiative provides a greater value proposition for private customers.

Furthermore, Abell Point Marina are bringing back the good old traditional customer service down on the docks, with a daily dockhand concierge service.  Our dockhand is available to provide assistance with tying of lines on arrival, scheduling of fuel and gas refills, delivery of daily paper and mail and can keep an eye on your boat with our twice daily dock walks.

With bookings looking strong for the upcoming cruising season, talk to our friendly staff at Abell Point Marina about the saving you can make on the new per metre pricing structure.

Just looking for some feedback on your berthing rates at your marina.
We currently have our vessel berthed at Queenscliff in Victoria and have considered selling her with a view to buying another and berthing it in or around your area.
We would require,a berth suitable of holding around a 45 foot sports cruiser.
Can you please give me a guide as to annual pricing.
Can you also assist us with services available in maintaining our vessel should we wish to go down this avenue.
We have had fantastic service with DVG Marine who also own Dive Victoria through the 5 years we have had our vessel parked at Queenscliff.
