Ocean Club opens it’s doors to private marina guests!

Commencing 1 April all private guests will have daily access to Ocean Club, our on-water customer lounge, as one of the inclusions of our new utilities service.

The utilities service is designed to enhance the guest experience by providing additional services to compliment the Abell Point concierge service.

Our utilities service gives customers access to:

  • Water
  • 15Amp Power Supply
  • Ocean Club Membership (including WiFi hotspot, BBQ facilities and complimentary fresh coffee)
  • Marina Village Guest WiFi

Our concierge service is offered to all guests during their stay and consists of many elements, which make your stay more pleasurable. Speak with our customer service team about the Marina Lifestyle Card and our fleet of courtesy cars, offered to all customers.

For those visiting Abell Point for the first time or who haven’t stayed with us in a while, here are some of our most popular frequently asked questions:

  1. Can we get our mail delivered to the marina during our stay?

Yes! If your vessel is booked into the marina, we will accept small parcels and letters on your behalf. You will receive a call or SMS to advise the item is available at the office to collect or our friendly dockhand concierge are able to deliver the item to your vessel. For large parcels, speak directly with the customer service team prior to arranging delivery.

  1. Where is the closest supermarket?

We have a Woolworths in central Airlie Beach, which is a short 15 stroll along the boardwalk. Coles and a larger Woolworths are both located in nearby Cannonvale. We have a fleet of concierge cars, which you can book in two-hour time slots, so you can access these supermarkets with ease. Concierge cars bookings can be made with the marina office or via our E Concierge App.

  1. Do I need to book to refuel?

Between 8am – 5pm  a fuel booking is required, due to the high volume of commercial vessels who fuel and are restricted by an operational schedule. Please contact the office on 07 49462400 for bookings or send us a request through the APM E Concierge App.

Between 5pm and 8am you can utilize our 24 fueling facility with simple credit card payment option.

  1. Can someone be available to assist with my lines on arrival?

Of course! As part of our dockhand concierge service we can guide you into the marina with our Welcome Vessel and have a dockhand available at your berth to assist with lines. Please call on VHF channel 9 on approach and request assistance and we are more than happy to help.
