The introduction of our concierge service has provided another level of service for guests of our marina, which has contributed to our attaining the first Global 5 Gold Anchor Accreditation in the world. Our aim is to ensure that every customer who berths at the marina is provided with an unforgettable Whitsunday experience and has an enjoyable and hassle free holiday.

Daily Dockhand Service – Our daily dockhand service is about bringing the good old traditional service back to the docks. Upon your arrival into Abell Point Marina our dockhand will meet you at your berth to assist with your lines and ensure a nice comfortable arrival into the marina. The dockhand will be able to provide you with an overview of the marina services and facilities and the options available in the closely located vibrant township of Airlie Beach. If you are looking to get a gas bottle refill or schedule in for the fuel dock, the dockhand can assist in facilitating this process. Fancy the daily paper, we can even organise a daily paper delivery to your vessel along with any mail you may be expecting to be delivered to the marina. With our twice daily dock walks, you can rest assured that your vessel is sighted throughout the day to ensure safe keeping.
Welcome Vessel – As an extension to our dockhand service on the piers, we will soon have a welcome vessel that will be available to meet you out on the water as you arrive and direct you to your allocated berth. This is a service that has been suggested in our customer feedback process which we are committed to providing to take the hassle out of the boating experience in the marina.
